1. No pupils other than those seeking admission in KG.I for the first time, will be admitted without a transfer certificate from the school last attended. Students coming from other schools must get their transfer certificate duly countersigned by the proper educational authority.
2. No new admissions will be granted in classes X and XII. Admission to all other classes will be granted on the merit of the student subject to the availability of seats.
3. The Final decision of the admission to K.G.I and other classes resides solely with the management.
4. The date of birth shown on the T.C at the time of admission will be final.For those seeking admission to K.G I documental proof of the date of birth must be attached to the admission form which will become the property of the school.
5. Admission to class XI science will be given on the basis of merit. Those who wish to take commerce with maths or computer science must obtain the cut-off percentage decided by the school management. This is applicable even to the transfer cases.
6. A month's notice must be submitted in writing or a month's tuition fee must be deposited before withdrawal of a student.
7. A student who has left the school and seeks re-admission later is required to pay the school fees again. Transfer Certificate or any other documents will be issued only after all dues have been paid and library books and other articles have been returned.
8. One Month's clear notice in writing is necessary for withdrawal.
9.Those student wishing to withdraw in May are liable to pay the fees for the month of June.
10. In case a student stops coming to school, all his dues will be paid till the information of withdrawal is received. Therefore clear information in writing is necessary and it is the only form of information that will be acceptable. No verbal communication will be accepted.
11. In case a child is asked to leave due to failure to conform to either disciplinary or academic standards, the TC will be issued without any notice period, but the dues will have to be cleared till the date on which the order to leave is issued.
12. Duplicate TC is issued on nominal payment in the accounts office.
13. Once the TC has been prepared & Issued by the school and the student seeks re-admission, it will be treated as new admission. This will involve full payment of the fees again.
Striking off the name from the rolls
1. The name of the student may be struck off the rolls by the Principal on account of non-payment of fees & other dues after the stipulated time.
2. If any child remains absent without permission for more than 10 days, his or her name will be struck off from the school
