Classes I to IX:
1. Both the parents MUST be present on the day of Admission.
2. Original Birth Certificate from the Cantonment Board/
Municipality with two photo copies of the same.
3. Two photo copies of the SSSMID, Blood Group, Bank Passbook and Aadhar Card.
4. If you belong to SC/ST/OBC, you have to bring father’s original caste certificate along with
two photo copies of the same.
5. Original Transfer Certificate.
6. Attested copy of Mark sheet.
